Welcome to my website. I am Aaron Wakefield, a twenty-three-year-old individual with a rural upbringing in the Netherlands, now residing in Germany. My life has been marked by a deep-seated passion for creative endeavors, leading me to embrace a career as a mediadesigner, a profession I hold in high regard.
At present, I am a student pursuing a degree in Mediadesign at IU in Dortmund, while concurrently contributing my expertise at F. Willich. Beyond my academic and professional pursuits, I find peace in the worlds of design, drawing, and fitness.
My aspirations for the future are resolute. I harbor a lifelong dream of becoming a full-time artist and designer, a vision that has persisted since my childhood. This journey is a testament to my unwavering dedication to the art of creation

This was the first website I ever made! I didn’t have any experience in programming and design then. I only had like 1 or 2 lessons in HTML/CSS when I started. So it was a big challenge. The goal from this project was to make our own online portfolio.
This project was an introduction to WordPress. It also was an introduction to SCRUM and the work proces inside our school company Innovision Solutions.
The 3th project was Left- vs right brain, the task was to make a tutorial website of something you want to learn. I was interested in animation at the time so I made a tutorial based on stopmotion and animation. The theory is that people are either left-brained or right-brained, meaning that one side of their brain is dominant. If you’re mostly analytical and methodical in your thinking, you’re said to be left-brained. If you tend to be more creative or artistic, you’re thought to be right-brained. I think that I’m more left-brained.
This project was quite interesting. The task was to make a WordPress theme based of a design I got from my coach. I learnd a lot from this project.
In this project I designed a game. That was pretty exciting! I had a lot of fun with this project, since I really like to draw. I first drew some random stuff just for inspiration, after that I came up with a story and characters. The story is simple and silly: The whale gets kicked out of his home and wants to go take it back. You can find some sprites down below.
This is a part 2 from the previous project. The task was to make the designs into a working game. I got the task to do that in Construct 3.
This project is similar to the project Monkey Business. I also made a WordPress theme that looks like the design I got. This project was a little more advanced than the ther. This project included a lot of functions that are possible with WordPress.
The first part of this project is to follow a guide and different tutorials on how to make a WordPress plugin. The plugin was called My event Organiser. Once I finished this plugin, I began on the second part from this project. Now I needed to make my own WordPress plugin. This was a difficult challenge since the other projects were more focused on the frontend of a website, but I prevailed. I made a Project application plugin. The user can apply a project and the admin can process the information.
Cattery van het groen college is a education from Scalda, where students can breed cats.
During my internship at MSM Werbung I was allowed to help film the content for the online church service video’s. After we finished filming I got the task to edit the video’s together so it can be uploaded to YouTube. I edited the sound with Adobe Audition and put everything together in Adobe Premiere. This was my first real encounter with video editing and I loved it!

I decided to teach myself the 3D program Blender. I followed some tutorials I found online, and this is my first result. I really enjoy the program, even though it can be pretty difficult sometimes
